About the role
Our client based in Warrington are currently hiring for a Credit Controller to join them on a permanent basis. You will be supporting the Financial Controller with day-to-day sales ledger activities. Your aim will be to improve current processing methods and maintain and develop effective relationships between all departments and implement improvements plans.
Key duties of the role:
- Month end duties
- Liaising with customers and internal departments to resolve queries
- Processing cash receipts
- Processing customer invoices and credit notes
- Setting new customer accounts up
- Developing new and existing Sales Ledger reports
- Maintaining and reconciling customer accounts
- Chasing payments
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years + in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work professionally
