A global manufacturing business has an exciting vacancy for a Service Administrator to join their team and work within their service and planning department. If you also have experience working in manufacturing or engineering, apply today!
Key duties will include:
- Preparing documents including reports and presentations needed for customer service operations
- Assisting with scheduling both internal and external meetings for the wider team as well as preparing agendas and other materials including follow-up actions
- Ensure availability of necessary resources for the customer service team to operate effectively (e.g., office supplies, work environment, communication channels)
- Managing invoicing and accounts receivables in line with corporate standards
- Working to strict SLA’s and efficiently completing tasks
- Assisting with planning, processing orders for projects and ensuring that contract information is correct on all platforms
- Maintaining and organising customer service records, files and databases, ensure accuracy of data and provide support to the team
You will be a confident, organised and dynamic Service Administrator and MUST have proven experience using SAP in a professional capacity.
