We are currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor to join a well-established and highly successful logistics company on a 3-month fixed term contract, covering a secondment within the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and supportive environment, working as part of a busy in-house recruitment function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing recruitment for multiple vacancies simultaneously across the business
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver a high-quality recruitment service
- Writing and posting engaging job adverts
- Coordinating and arranging interviews in line with a structured recruitment process
- Liaising with external recruiters where required
- Working collaboratively with the wider HR team across multiple UK sites (Liverpool-based role, no travel required)
About you:
- Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Advisor role
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – essential
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with hiring managers
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
