An experienced and commercially minded Sales Administrator is required to join a successful company, based in Swinton. An exciting time to join as they continue to enjoy a period of growth within the business.

(No outbound sales involved!)

Duties will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers by phone and email
  • Giving quotes and sending to customers
  • Checking stock availability and processing orders onto the system
  • Arranging delivery
  • Handling stock shortages, courier complaints and incorrect warehouse picks
  • Liaising with other departments

The successful candidate will have previous sales order processing experience and strong communication skills. A good working knowledge of IT - in particular Excel (any knowledge of Salesforce and/or Power BI would be a definite advantage).

In the future, there is also the potential to progress into an Office Manager role.
