Our client who are based in Altrincham are looking for a confident administrator to join their team based in a prime Altrincham location. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients who use the specialist service our client provides.
- Processing work orders and assigning consultants in adherence with client budgets
- Updating various systems such as Salesforce, ERP and other project trackers
- Managing invoices and purchase orders
- Ensuring that expense receipts and documents are correct for client invoicing purposes
- Monitoring billing and ensuring that payments are made and recorded correctly
