The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.
Our client is looking for an experienced professional who has experience managing events from initial brief to successful attendance. Working within a dynamic team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Sourcing venues, caterers and working within budgets
- Sending invites, tracking RSVPs and ensuring that numbers are confirmed and catered for
- Maintaining project files, ensuring that all relevant documents are stored in the correct digital files
- Liaising with the marketing team to produce displays, banners and graphics in line with company and partner branding
- Coordinating webinars
- Following processes after the event and ensuring that content and other materials are produced for the event
You will need proven experience working in an Events Coordination or similar role, accuracy and great attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
This role has very strong potential to go permanent, hybrid working, close to local public transport and parking on site.
