A leading property consultancy who has shaped the face of real estate have an exciting vacancy for a proven facilities/Assistant Building Manager to join their team. This is the ideal opportunity for a candidate who has proven work experience delivering high-quality facilities management in the commercial sector.
Responsibilities
- Managing all hard and soft services over multiple sites, planned and reactive maintenance
- Assisting the Senior Building Manager with contact meetings with suppliers
- Invoice validation for completed services provided
- Managing and instructing all minor works, overseeing
- Completing daily safety and risk assessment tours
- Ensuring the H&S system is updated and maintained at all time
Essentials
- Three years' experience in facilities management and a knowledge of managing agent responsibilities
- Experience of FM services
- Good working knowledge of managing relationships between landlord and tenants within the commercial property sector
- IOSH trained
