If you have a professional and polite manner with experience working in an Accounts Receivable role, key responsibilities include:
- Proactively managing and collecting debts from an assigned selection of company debtors
- Responding to client queries
- Processing and allocating incoming funds
- Reconciling accounts
- Providing customer payment insights and identifying trends
- Reducing/eliminating overdue debts
- Adhering to credit and collection procedures
- Regularly contacting customers by telephone and email to build strong relationships
- Issuing reports detailing customer payment shortfalls and aged debt analysis
- Assisting with Accounts Payable duties
