Responsibilities

  • Line management of a team of ten; regular supervision, audits and annual appraisals
  • Managing any employment issues, such as disciplinaries and grievances
  • Planning staff resources, recruitment and inductions
  • Developing and managing the annual volunteer recruitment and retention plan
  • Strategic lead for safeguarding and governance
  • Monitoring budgets
