Responsibilities
- Line management of a team of ten; regular supervision, audits and annual appraisals
- Managing any employment issues, such as disciplinaries and grievances
- Planning staff resources, recruitment and inductions
- Developing and managing the annual volunteer recruitment and retention plan
- Strategic lead for safeguarding and governance
- Monitoring budgets
