School Receptionist/Administrator in Stoke-on-Trent

Temporary School Receptionist (with Reprographics support) – ASAP Start – Stoke-on-Trent (close to the Cheshire border) – £12.21 per Hour We are looking for a reliable and organised School Receptionist to join a busy local school, providing essential administrative and reprographics support on a temporary, ongoing basis. This role is 3 days per week, working Monday & Tuesday, with the third day flexible. Working hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm. Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering telephone enquiries * Photocopying, scanning and printing documents * Filing and archiving records * Providing general administrative support as required Requirements: * An enhanced DBS certificate (issued within the last 12 months) or registration on the Update Service is essential * Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills * Previous experience in a school administrative or reception role If you are interested in this role or would like to know more about the position, please call Iona on (phone number removed) or forward your CV.
