We are working with a leading business based in the heart of Stockport. They are seeking a motivated and personable Office Administrator to join their team on a part-time permanent basis. You will be working Monday - Friday 9-3pm.
Duties include:
- First point of contact for all client queries
- Taking incoming calls and passing on messages
- Managing stock and office supplies
- Maintaining the internal databases
- Overseeing client documentation
- Sending out client packs in a timely manner
- Supporting Account Managers with general admin support
