We are seeking an experienced Exams Officer to join our client based in Stockport on an ongoing temporary basis. You will be providing full support to the department, leading the planning, administration and delivery of exams across the school.

Duties include:

  • Administration: Submit accurate student exam entries to exam boards ahead of strict deadlines.
  • Logistics: Create exam timetables, allocate rooms, and resolve student scheduling clashes.
  • Security: Securely receive, log, and store confidential exam papers.
  • Inclusion: Coordinate with the SENDCo to implement student access arrangements (e.g., extra time).
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and rota the team of casual Exam Invigilators.
  • Results: Manage the download and distribution of exam results in August.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar role, have a high attention to detail and a confident manner. This role is on a temporary basis, so you will need to be available for an immediate start.
