As part of their continued expansion, they're seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of a supportive IT department, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring colleagues across the business receive exceptional technical support. What you'll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all IT‑related queries and technical issues
- Diagnosing, triaging and resolving hardware, software and system issues
- Providing proactive support to minimise downtime and maintain business continuity
- Monitoring system performance and escalating complex issues where required
- Maintaining accurate records of incidents, requests and resolutions
- Assisting with the maintenance and updating of desktop applications and network infrastructure
- Supporting system upgrades, deployments and rollout projects
- Working within agreed service levels and ensuring a high standard of customer service
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Client and Server environments)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Good understanding of networking technologies, including LAN, WAN and Wi‑Fi
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- A professional, customer‑focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding support
