Currently seeking to recruit a Service Controller, to work in a busy reactive office environment. Core duties shall be to liaise with customers who have urgent plant repair needs. Job duties:

  • Liaising with customers, logging and processing breakdowns received via phone and emails.
  • Ordering parts for customer breakdowns diagnostics, raise estimates for remedial works.
  • Appoint 3rd parties where necessary to cover breakdowns.
