Key duties:
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding orders, stock availability and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with Purchasing, Logistics and Warehouse teams to manage stock shortages and delivery expectations.
- Maintain customer records, pricing and sales documentation within the ERP system.
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and business processes.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues where appropriate.
- Oversee the UK Orders inbox and ensure all queries are responded to within a timely manner.
- Process customer credit notes in accordance with company procedures.
- Create training materials and support onboarding of new team members.
- Build effective working relationships across departments to support business objectives.
