Responsibilities as a Temporary Talent Coordinator.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments.
- Advertise vacancies across job boards and social media platforms.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for a variety of roles.
- Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Support offer management, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.
- Act as the main recruitment contact for hiring managers, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain recruitment systems, applicant tracking records and candidate data.
- Develop talent pipelines and support employer branding initiatives.
- Produce recruitment reports, monitor hiring KPIs and identify process improvements.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with GDPR and employment legislation.
