Due to continued success, they are expanding their dynamic sales team and are looking for a customer-focused candidate to be part of the growth. Joining a team of 4 and reporting to the Sales Team Leader, day to day duties will include:
- Providing customer support via telephone and email
- Giving product advice, providing quotations and troubleshooting problems
- Building and maintaining strong B2B customer relationships
- Taking and processing sales orders onto the ERP system for bespoke products
- Dealing with complex orders involving measurements and converting inches to cm
- Using a CAD system to translate customer diagrams and managing a large, technical product base
- Seeing the order process from start to finish and handling any after-sales queries/issues/complaints
- Dealing with and investigating problems with orders such as tracking missing deliveries with couriers and offering replacements/refunds
- Liaising with various internal departments to resolve order issues and ensure customer satisfaction
