This is a high‑activity outbound role focused on generating new business, qualifying leads, and booking quality meetings for the senior sales team.
Responsibilities as Sales Development Co-Ordinator
- Prospect via cold calls, email and LinkedIn
- Work warm and cold leads from the CRM
- Research and build your own pipeline
- Map target accounts and identify key decision‑makers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline
- Book high‑quality discovery meetings with full context
- Support scheduling and follow‑up activity
- Work to weekly and monthly KPIs
Essential skills as a Sales Development Co-Ordinator
- Experience in outbound sales, SDR or business development
- Confident phone manner and strong written communication
- Resilient, target‑driven and comfortable with rejection
