35 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately inputting all client, patient, and procedure details onto the in-house system
  • Sourcing and booking a suitable provider to undertake the surgery
  • Logging costs and patient details onto the in-house system and MS Excel
  • Working to SLA’s, whilst undertaking all other administrative duties in a timely manner

Desirables:

  • Must be a ‘people person’ – comfortable in reassuring and dealing with anxious, concerned and sometimes unwell patients.
  • Previous experience working within a medical setting, such as a Medical Receptionist, Administrator or within the NHS or a private hospital, will prove a strong advantage.
  • Absolute discretion with regards to patients and colleagues
