Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting all client, patient, and procedure details onto the in-house system
- Sourcing and booking a suitable provider to undertake the surgery
- Logging costs and patient details onto the in-house system and MS Excel
- Working to SLA’s, whilst undertaking all other administrative duties in a timely manner
Desirables:
- Must be a ‘people person’ – comfortable in reassuring and dealing with anxious, concerned and sometimes unwell patients.
- Previous experience working within a medical setting, such as a Medical Receptionist, Administrator or within the NHS or a private hospital, will prove a strong advantage.
- Absolute discretion with regards to patients and colleagues
