We are working with a well established car dealership in Bolton who are requiring long term temporary cover for a Service Advisor position:
Duties
- Acting as first point of contact for customers who require servicing and repairs
- Booking servicing appointments
- Supporting with costing estimates and timelines
- Handling customer queries and complaints
- Updating records
- Working on the front desk / reception area
Requirements
Previous experience within a car dealership in a similar role is essential and previous experience using Carriage system (CRM) is desired.
