Preston – Permanent – £27,500 per annum

Forrest Recruitment are seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join our client, a successful and growing manufacturing business based in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation that supplies products nationwide and prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service.

Working within a busy sales support team, you will play a key role in supporting customers, maintaining strong relationships and assisting with the continued growth of the business.

Duties will include:

  • Working closely with Field Account Managers to support a designated sales territory and key customer accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and growth
  • Managing customer communications via telephone and email
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently for dispatch
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Resolving customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Following up new customer accounts and supporting customer onboarding
  • Supporting Field Account Manager activity through follow-up calls and customer contact
  • Following up on sample placements and customer opportunities
  • Making proactive outbound calls to customers when required
  • Reviewing customer terms and agreements within company guidelines
  • Attending and contributing to sales meetings and team conferences
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and administration

Working hours: Monday to Friday – 38.5 hours per week, Rotating shift pattern between 8:30am and 5:30pm
