Property Solicitor

Commercial Property Solicitor – Macclesfield – Permanent – up to £40K DOE
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Solicitor to join our clients dynamic legal team. This role is essential for providing expert legal advice and support to our clients on a range of commercial matters.

Duties include:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on commercial contracts, agreements, and transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial documents to ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and client inquiries.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Attend clients in person and via telephone
• Participate in marketing activities
• Take part in business development opportunities
• Manage correspondence and documents

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at last 5 years expereince, have a higha ttention to detail, be a team player and have the ability to manage their own workload.
