Property Maintenance Co-ordinator, Wythenshawe, 12 month Fixed Term Contract, £27,000. Well established company with a nationwide reach are seeking a co-ordinator with a maintenance background to join their small dynamic team for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Duties include:

  • Liaising with clients via telephone and email
  • Logging reactive maintenance work
  • Dealing with contractors and sub-contractors
  • Updating job portal and tracking progress of jobs
  • Processing invoices and resolving any discrepancies
  • General administrative support where required

This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong co-ordination and administrative experience and excellent communication skills with the ability to think outside of the box to solve problems.
