Forrest Recruitment are seeking a Programme Administrator, a key operational role to provide administration support to a small team. You will follow established processes, to ensure excellent organisation, communication and delivery of programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the day-to-day administration of programmes
- Acting as a point of contact for students and tutors, responding to queries and providing clear, timely support
- Supporting programme delivery across online and attendance-based formats
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with internal and educational processes
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure programmes are delivered efficiently and consistently
