We’re working with a market-leading organisation in Liverpool, seeking a Graduate Telesales Executive to join their growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to generate new business, build strong client relationships, and develop your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating new business through outbound calls and handling inbound enquiries
- Delivering targeted telemarketing campaigns to promote the full range of company services
- Building and managing a portfolio of clients, developing long-term relationships
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
- Researching prospects to tailor solutions and develop new markets
- Maintaining an accurate CRM system and sales pipeline
- Collaborating with Marketing, Field Sales, Tendering, and Telesales teams
- Ensuring all sales administration is completed accurately and on time
About you:
- Graduate or degree-qualified (essential)
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (desirable)
- Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills
- Results-driven with a proactive, commercial mindset
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Able to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
