An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a local school on a temporary basis in North Liverpool. They are seeking an experienced PA to support the Head teacher and Senior Leadership team with the following:
- Diary management
- Organising and taking notes at meetings
- Provide administration support to the School and Trust
- Liase with other staff members
- Produce documents, reports and data analysis
- Arrange meetings for student exclusions
- Allocate work to administration staff when required
Job Essentials:
- Previous PA experience
- Enhanced DBS
The successful candidate will have previous PA experience within a similar role. Must be professional, hardworking and confident, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.
