We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our client based in Macclesfield due to continuous company growth. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday in the office.
Duties include:
- Process payroll for all employees and clients accurately and on time, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
- Liaise with client regarding weekly and monthly payment schedules.
- Generate software uploads from provided schedules.
- Responding to all payroll queries.
- Maintain employee records.
- Ensure compliance is followed at all times.
- Calculate statutory payment contributions.
- Audit payroll records.
The successful candidate will have previous Payroll experience and now looking to develop their career further. You will have a high attention to detail and ideally knowledge of payroll software with an understanding of UK payroll and tax legislation.
