We are looking for a proactive, confident, and highly organised part-time Property Manager to join a small but incredibly busy team at a well-established private property company in the city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid property management experience, a real get up and go attitude, who will thrive in a close knit, fun, and fast moving environment.

Salary: £15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties across Manchester
  • Handle tenant enquiries, maintenance issues, and contractor coordination
