Our client is a growing organisation that supports businesses across a range of sectors. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for a Part Time HR Advisor to provide key support to the HR Director and play an important role in shaping and maintaining best practice across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied HR role, combining hands-on advisory work with a strong focus on compliance, policy development, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing HR advice and guidance when required (ad hoc support)
- Reviewing, updating, and maintaining HR policies and procedures
- Monitoring and ensuring all employee documentation is accurate and compliant
- Supporting ongoing regulatory and legislative compliance
- Assisting with the rollout of new employment law and government changes
- Reviewing staff benefits, training opportunities, and employee feedback to support engagement and development
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a generalist HR role
- Confident, methodical, and highly organised
- Strong on compliance and up to date with employment law
- IT literate and comfortable working with HR systems and documentation
- CIPD Level 3 qualified (essential)
