Key responsibilities:
- Managing all inbound email customer correspondence, responding to enquiries & actioning as appropriate
- Supporting the partners with administrative tasks such as setting up new clients, sending out letters of engagement, compliance, typing letters & dictation
- Booking meeting rooms, tracking attendees & booking travel
- Drafting correspondence & answering calls into the business
- Emailing customers monthly statements & invoices
