Our client is a client services provider in the professional services sector, who are going through an exciting period of growth & are looking for a proven administrator to join their admin team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing all inbound email customer correspondence, responding to enquiries & actioning as appropriate
  • Supporting the partners with administrative tasks such as setting up new clients, sending out letters of engagement, compliance, typing letters & dictation
  • Booking meeting rooms, tracking attendees & booking travel
  • Drafting correspondence & answering calls into the business
  • Emailing customers monthly statements & invoices
