Joining a small team of 3, you will be the face of this successful and thriving business, ensuring that quality service is always delivered. Daily duties will include… * Acting as the face of the business * Providing a first-class customer service over the telephone, via email and on live chat * Responding to all Trustpilot reviews online in a professional and helpful manner * Redirecting calls where appropriate and taking messages for the wider team * Responding to all written communication professionally, via email or letter * Provide administration support to the wider business including the Sales and Account Manager’s when required * Resolving and investigating any complaints made by customers * Keeping accurate records and updating the inhouse system This role is ideal for someone who has worked within customer service previously and enjoys being the ‘’go-to’’ person for all customer queries.
