Temporary Medical Secretary, Bury

Immediate start (Ongoing) 13.55 per hour, Mon-Fri - 40 hours per week.

Our client is looking for secretarial/PA support to a team of busy Doctors in Bury. Duties will be:

  • Attending ward rounds
  • Attending meetings (around 5 hours per day) and minute taking (typed)
  • Attending CPA meetings and minute taking
  • Collate and co-ordinate case notes and reports
  • Supporting the Doctor with administrative tasks including handling and responding to emails, sending out meeting invites, photocopying and filing

Experience within the medical field would be advantageous but not essential. You must have previous experience in audio typing and have an enhanced DBS in place with both adult and child barring. We cannot consider you for this position without these.

Please note that this role will involve discussing and typing sensitive content that some people may find upsetting.
