We are currently supporting a well-respected and successful organisation based in the heart of Northwich, with the recruitment of a Manufacturing Administrator. The position is a brand-new role and has been developed to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the manufacturing and production on site. This role is to provide support to the Manufacturing department by ensuring paperwork, records and key information are accurate and up to date.

Working closely with the Production, Warehouse and Quality teams, the successful candidate will act as a central point of contact to keep operations running smoothly. Daily duties will include:

  • Maintain accurate production records and schedules including batch paperwork
  • Enter, manage and analyse production and performance data
  • Sharing information between Production, Warehouse and Quality teams
  • Helping track materials, stock, PPE and consumables
  • Supporting meetings by preparing information and notes
  • Maintaining training records and helping organise training sessions
  • Supporting health and safety records such as incidents and actions
  • Providing general day-to-day office and administrative support

This is a fast-paced, varied role, ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working in a busy environment.
