A successful clothing company based in Manchester are looking for a high-energy, highly organised Warehouse Administrator to join their high performing team. This is a 50/50 split role between office-based admin and hands-on warehouse work, perfect for someone who loves variety and thrives in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and speed
  • Labelling, organising and maintaining stock
  • Processing orders through Linnworks and Shopify
  • Handling refunds, credits and exchanges
  • Updating order statuses and maintaining accurate records
  • Communicating with customers and internal teams
  • Supporting general office admin as needed

  • An energetic, positive personality who enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Someone who can spin plates, stay calm under pressure and work through peak trading periods
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
