Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and secretarial support
- Scheduling appointments, managing clinicians’ diaries, and coordinating clinics
- Preparing, typing and formatting medical correspondence, reports, and referral letters
- Maintaining accurate patient records using clinical systems
- Acting as a key communication point for patients, staff, and external agencies
- Upholding confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times
