Working Hours:
- 5 days per week
- 7 hours per day (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including 1-hour lunch break)
Job Description
As a Senior Associate, you will:
- Prepare accounts, Corporation Tax computations and returns, VAT returns, and Self-Assessment Tax Returns for individuals and partnerships
- Handle bookkeeping and company secretarial duties
- Report to Client Managers and Partners
- Manage a portfolio of clients, including Limited Companies, Sole Traders, Partnerships, and Individuals
- Work as part of a team of approximately 20 staff members
- Report overall to the Partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an accountancy practice
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent client communication and advisory skills
- Knowledge of current accounts and tax legislation
- Familiarity with CCH is preferable but not essential
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage is required
