We’re looking for a motivated, well-organised administrator to support a high performing property auctions and sales team. You’ll handle fast-paced weekly auction deadlines, provide excellent customer service, and manage a wide range of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and email enquiries professionally
- Arrange property viewings and liaise with viewing agents
- Order sale boards and log offers/negotiations
- Coordinate reports, floor plans, photos and EPC instructions
- Instruct solicitors for auction legal packs, check GDPR compliance and upload documents
- Maintain accurate filing and document management
- Provide secretarial support and prepare sales particulars
- Upload property details to websites such as Rightmove
- Send marketing emails/mailshots using Mailchimp
- Conduct AML checks, maintain AML records and support compliance
Essentials
Property sector experience or exposure essential, along with excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. Experience of Mailchimp will prove a great advantage.
