We’re looking for an organised and professional Legal Assistant to join our friendly central support team. To be considered for this role, you must have previously worked as a Legal Assistant within a solicitors’ firm and have exposure to litigation processes. You’ll play a key role in supporting our legal teams, keeping the office running smoothly, and providing excellent service to clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities as a Legal Assistant:
- Answer and direct calls promptly and professionally
- Open, scan, and manage incoming and outgoing post
- Maintain electronic filing and archiving systems
- Provide admin support to the reception, secretarial, and litigation teams
- Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment
About You:
- Previous experience working within a solicitors’ firm is essential
- Experience supporting litigation teams or handling litigation documentation
- Confident communicating with clients over the phone
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic filing systems
