Working within their in-house commercial property consultancy who manage a portfolio of over 2 million square feet across commercial offices and new build industrial developments – if you have a degree in Architecture and one to two years as an Architectural Technician, and want to work for an innovative business who deliver innovative, bespoke and high quality solutions for Commercial and new build refurbishment projects, then please apply today.
Responsibilities:
- Part of the design team, you shall develop, prepare and manage technical drawings for new and existing building projects across the industrial and commercial sector.
- Assisting with the design development, producing accurate technical details, ensuring compliance with current planning laws, building regulations and project specifications.
- Preparation of architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Support senior staff, in producing detailed construction drawings, plants, elevation sections and schedules.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs meet the technical, structural and regulatory requirements.
- Research and apply relevant building codes, materials and construction methods.
- Prepare documentation for planning submissions, building permits and tender packages.
- Assist in site surveys, recording measurements and documenting existing conditions.
- Maintain organised drawing files, project and technical specifications.
