An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join a well-established and growing legal practice based in Manchester City Centre. This role offers excellent earning potential, flexibility, and a supportive working environment.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload of housing disrepair matters, acting on behalf of tenants and delivering high-quality legal advice and representation.
- Handle a full caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception to conclusion.
- Advise clients on housing conditions, disrepair claims, and related litigation.
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings.
- Liaise with clients, experts, counsel, and other third parties.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE.
- Proven experience in Housing Disrepair (essential).
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
