The Role

  • Manage your own caseload of housing disrepair matters, acting on behalf of tenants and delivering high-quality legal advice and representation.
  • Handle a full caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception to conclusion.
  • Advise clients on housing conditions, disrepair claims, and related litigation.
  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings.
  • Liaise with clients, experts, counsel, and other third parties.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE.
  • Proven experience in Housing Disrepair (essential).
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
