Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor who are looking for a dynamic, pro‑active and enthusiastic Customer Service Co‑ordinator to join their team during an exciting period of growth. Working in a well‑established team, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming Customer contact.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of daily orders received from B2B and B2C customers for the UK and globally
- Booking courier and creating commercial invoices
- Fact‑finding about customer needs, providing quotes and following up enquiries
- Responding and communicating with customers regarding customer orders and stock queries
- Tracking customer orders, liaising with couriers and seeing through to successful delivery
- Utilising a CRM system to maintain customer details and process orders
- Arranging returns and collections and issuing customer accounts with credits
- Recording complaints in the system and circulating to relevant staff members
