We’re a successful recruitment company looking for a proactive Branch Administrator to support a team of four high performing consultants. This is a varied, fast‑moving role where no two days look the same and where your efficiency, accuracy and people skills will make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Screening CVs and supporting the candidate onboarding process
- Chasing timesheets and ensuring all weekly hours are submitted on time
- Collecting and checking references for candidates
- Keeping our in‑house CRM (JobAdder) fully updated and accurate
- Meeting and greeting visitors and being the friendly face of the branch
- Ordering stationery and office supplies to keep everything running smoothly
- Supporting consultants with mailshots, marketing activity and client communications
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the team can focus on what they do best

- Someone confident, organised and unflappable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Minimum 1-year previous admin experience (recruitment admin is a bonus but not essential)
