An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a local school on a temporary basis in North Liverpool. They are seeking an experienced PA to support the Head teacher and Senior Leadership team with the following:

  • Diary management
  • Organising and taking notes at meetings
  • Provide administration support to the School and Trust
  • Liase with other staff members
  • Produce documents, reports and data analysis
  • Arrange meetings for student exclusions
  • Allocate work to administration staff when required

Job Essentials:

  • Previous PA experience
  • Enhanced DBS

The successful candidate will have previous PA experience within a similar role, must be professional, hardworking and confident, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.
