We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation in Leyland for a Commercial Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 3β6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail and confidence working with financial and order-processing systems.
The Role
You will provide essential administrative support to the Commercial Team, ensuring purchase and sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and that all related documentation is maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders and sales orders using the Navision (Nav) system and Excel
- Generate invoices and Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve order and invoice discrepancies
- Liaise with suppliers, finance teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation meets company standards
- Provide general administrative support to the Commercial Team as required
What Weβre Looking For
- Previous experience in a commercial, finance, or administrative role
- Experience using Navision (Nav) is highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills and good overall IT literacy
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to start ASAP and commit to a 3β6 month contract
