A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an established lettings and property management company. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their dynamic team to manage the letting process from start to finish.

You will be:

  • Listing properties ensuring they are marketed across all relevant platforms
  • Managing applicants, carrying out viewings and issuing application packs to prospective renters
  • Assisting property managers with all lettings administration
  • Carrying out reference processes on tenants
  • Conducting check outs and inventories for new lets
  • Liaising with landlords regarding negotiations
  • Handing over all move-ins to the property management team

You will have proven experience working in a lettings negotiator or manager role where you have been responsible for the above duties and successfully managed a portfolio of properties. Experience within Lettings Administration is preferable. You will be motivated, diligent and you must have your own vehicle with a full clean driving licence.
