Legal Secretary – Chester Up to £32k Permanent
MUST have experience in Commercial Property
Forrest Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join a Commercial Property team, working with a well-established law firm who are based in Chester, who have been providing support to their clients for over 15 years with their expertise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- File management in accordance with procedures
- Drafting statements
- Preparing correspondence through audio typing
- Proof reading documents
- Meeting clients face to face to verify ID
- Answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries
- Arranging appointments, meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Diary management for Fee Earners
Experience:
- Previous experience within a Commercial Property environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload
