Job Title: Legal Admin
Location: Holmes Chapel
Working Hours: 3 days per week (21 hours) – flexible
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £12.21ph – £13.00ph DOE
We are currently supporting a local legal organisation who are currently seeking a Legal Administrator. This is a great opportunity that offers flexibility and work life balance, if you would like to join a legal service and get your foot in the door this could be what you\’re looking for.
Daily Duties
- Opening new conveyancing files and setting up matter records
- Carrying out client onboarding and ID checks
- Sending client care letters and terms of business
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, estate agents, and lenders
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, emails, and telephone calls
- Maintaining accurate electronic and paper files
- Diary management, including key dates and deadlines
- Preparing standard letters and documents using case management systems
- Scanning, copying, and filing documentation
The ideal candidate will be IT literate, have excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise their own workload. In return they offer additional holidays, plus bank holidays and birthday off, free onsite parking, kitchen facilities.
