We are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic It/Technical Assistant to join our clients busy Technical Department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of IT functions while supporting the day-to-day technology operations within a growing business.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you ll receive excellent training and development, with genuine opportunities to progress your career.
Daily duties will include: * Setting up workstations, equipment and user accounts for new starters * Managing the offboarding process, including removing system access and recovering company equipment * Coordinating hardware and software replacement * Supporting routine maintenance, technology updates and security processes * Assisting with technology projects, including system deployments and business acquisitions. * Participating in the Security Operations Centre (SOC) rota, monitoring security alerts and escalating incidents where required The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, good problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for Technology.
