HR Advisor – Temp – Full-time – Heathrow Airport – 3 months duration £19.23ph DOE, weekly pay. Immediate start. Our client is in need of an experienced HR professional to assist them during the next 3 months. You will need to have proven experience of dealing with complex ER cases and had exposure to dealing with change and transformation within a large-scale business.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end processes during period of change
  • Empathetically dealing with employees; managing concerns, coordinating meetings and maintaining correspondence
  • Tracking and monitoring progress of employee statuses and queries
  • Advising line managers of processes and best practices
  • Onboarding/offboarding employees

Desirables:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or knowledge within HR role
