HR Manager. Bolton. £36,500 – £39,500 doe. 30 – 37.5 hours per week. Salary will be pro rata for part time. Excellent benefits. Possible study support An established and well known charity in Bolton are looking to recruit an experienced and level 5 CIPD (minimum) qualified HR Manager, responsible for an overall staff headcount of 200 which included a variety of job titles. You will have 2 direct reports and be a passionate and people focussed professional with the ability to offer a highly effective HR service to senior leadership and management teams. Responsible for all areas of the employment lifecycle Recruitment – advertising roles, screening and interviewing candidates, sending contracts as well as onboarding new starters – obtaining right to work, carrying out DBS checks, checking validity of clinical staff registration documents Working closely with the Learning and Development team – identifying where training is needed or upskilling Working on a number of projects with various departments Offering guidance and advice on all HR matters to department Managers Please apply if you have the relevant experience listed above., or contact Tracy or Sophie if you have further questions JBRP1_UKTJ
